Epic Arts News Update - July 2008

Dear friends, supporters, and community members,

We are sad to say that as of July 15th, 2008, Epic Arts Studios will no longer be operating as a community arts center and will instead return to residential usage. We've had a wonderful five years of operating our space and offering it to you for all kinds of uses - countless concerts, meetings, classes, workshops, song circles, open mic nights, networking events... the list goes on. But now it's time to wind the space down and close up shop. A huge heartfelt THANK YOU to all of you who have given so much of your art, music, soul, valuable time and creative gifts to keep things going this long.

To be clear, Epic Arts Foundation, Inc. is not closing down. We will continue to operate off-site and will still bring you some of our favorite annual events like the upcoming "How Berkeley Can You Be!?" Parade and Festival, this year on Sunday September 28th, 2008.

We realize that this will come as a surprise to many and we know you may have questions. Please feel free to email us at contact (at) epicarts.org and we'll be happy to answer any questions or concerns.

From all of us to all of you, wishing you the best of success in your endeavors,

Epic Arts
